Balham Community Centre
Balham Community Centre is a registered charity which has been working in support of families in Wandsworth and the surrounding area for over 41 years.
The centre provides services and activities for children, young people and adults of all ages. These services include:
Courses, E.S.O.L. places allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Community Rooms We have rooms which are available to hire for a charge to cover insurance, utilities and dilapidation. The rooms are ideal for group meetings training courses and children’s parties.
Community Counselling We offer counselling to individual adults as well as having some slots for couples.
Schools Out Club which at present have 4 breakfast Clubs, 7 after school Clubs and a holiday Club.
The Balham Community Centre operates an equal opportunities policy and welcomes everyone regardless of age, gender, race or sexuality.
Schools Out Club Closure
To all parents that use our Schools Out Club projects. Hope you have all enjoyed the festive period. Due to the new restrictions put in place by the government, all of our Schools Out Clubs apart from Belleville will closed until we receive further notice. We are only able to offer our wrap around service at clubs where the demand for care is high.
Standing order payments
For all parents on standing order contracts please cancel payments by contacting your bank or voucher companies, it is not a direct debit and we have no control your payments.
Balham Community Centre and Counselling Service
As of Tuesday 5th January the centre will be closed to all public and the counselling service will continue to be available via remote service only.
All visitors are required to wear a face mask to be able to enter the building.
If you arrive without bringing your own unless you are exempt from using
one we can provide you with a mask.
