If you need to request a day off work, please use the form below and await a reply from your line manager or centre manager.
Any leave taken during term time will be unpaid and deducted from your monthly salary. If you request leave before the 15th of any calendar month, then it will be deducted from that month’s wages. If you request leave after the 15th, then it will be deducted the following calendar month.
Paid leave will be only given in the event of the passing of an immediate relative. Employees will be entitled to 5 working days of paid leave. More details can be found in section 7 of the Bereavement Leave policy.
