Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee.

 

Cancellation Fees

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the total care cost.

 

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not informed us in advance, you will be charged 100% of the care cost.

 

Refunds

If care has been invoiced and paid for in advance but is later cancelled within the required notice period, your childcare account will be credited for future use.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to change the days of your booking, you may reschedule without any additional charges.

 

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to an emergency, please contact us directly through the in-app messaging service to discuss available options.
