Thank you for choosing Balham Community Counselling Service. Filling in this form is the first step towards starting counselling with us. It takes about 10 minutes.
Before you start, it helps to have:
your GP’s name and surgery details
the name and phone number of an emergency contact
a rough idea of your gross annual income, as our fees are based on it
What happens next
1. We'll be in touch within two working days.
2. We arrange your initial assessment.
3. Before counselling begins, we'll ask to see proof of benefits or income.
