Feedback Procedure for
Playworkers
The Schools Out Club play-workers will take every step to ensure that a high level of communication is maintained between the school, parent/carers and the club.
The use of a feedback system will ensure that every step possible is taken to accomplish this. The feedback procedure will not only improve communications, but it will also give added security to the departure of children.
The rotated feedback staff member is responsible for:-
Ensuring that the correct number of children in attendance is displayed at all times.
The security of the club main entrance (the opening and closing of the door). This will include the signing in/out of any visitors.
Marking the children out in the register on the arrival of their parent/carer.
Ensuring that all messages/letters are relayed to the parent/carer and that new messages are added to the appropriate day in the book
Ensuring that the main play area is supervised and kept tidy in-order to provide safe and enjoyable play for all children.
Under no circumstances are children allowed to open the main entrance door.
