Holiday Club

Arrival Procedure

A staff member must remain at the entrance table to ensure:

  • That every child entering the club is marked into the register. All children on the register are pre-booked.

  • That any medication is handed in and stored away in the medication box located on the top shelf of the games cupboard, and that the parent/carer signs the medication authorisation form before leaving.

  • That all money is handed in for safe keeping.

  • Any messages received from parent/carers are written into the feedback book

  • That all children arrive with a packed lunch and coat.

  • The staff member booking in children must ensure the total number of children in the building is written on the message board.

  • The register must remain on the booking table throughout the day.
